Job Description & Key Responsibilities+
Responsible for managing the complete production workflow from prepress and plate preparation through offset printing, post-press finishing, packing, and final delivery. Coordinates production schedules, machine capacity, manpower, and job priorities to ensure orders are completed on time. Monitors quality at every stage, ensuring specifications, color accuracy, finishing, and packaging standards are consistently maintained. Works closely with production, prepress, quality, and dispatch teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations on the offset printing floor and post-press finishing units
- Allocate manpower and machine runs according to delivery deadlines and material readiness
- Inspect press sheets for color density, registration, trapping, and finishing accuracy
- Maintain preventative machine maintenance protocols and coordinate with technical technicians
- Report daily output metrics, scrap waste reduction, and inventory consumption to management
